Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the website following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specimen data, locality information and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Natural-history specimens are individual objects; dimensions, weight and colour may vary slightly from the photographs, which show the actual piece wherever possible.
Each specimen is, in principle, unique: once a piece is sold it cannot be reordered. Where several near-identical pieces exist, the item you receive may differ marginally from the one photographed.
We reserve the right to discontinue, replace or re-describe any product at any time without prior notice. If a specimen you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a comparable substitute or a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, declared value and parcel weight.
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store card details.
4. Order confirmation and cancellation
An order confirmation email constitutes acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of a contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of pricing error, fraud suspicion or product unavailability, with full refund.
You may cancel an order without charge provided you notify us before the specimen has been packed and dispatched. Once a piece has been mounted, packed and handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, though your statutory right of withdrawal may still apply (see Returns).
5. Delivery and shipping
We ship worldwide, fully insured, on standard working days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier; estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@druzor.com so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Some specimens — notably meteorites and certain fossils — may be subject to export or import restrictions in particular countries. Where a destination is restricted, we will inform you and, if necessary, cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return any specimen within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund (excluding outbound shipping), provided it is returned in its original condition, with its provenance card and any stand or case, and adequately packed against damage.
Defective or misdescribed items, or items damaged in transit, will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping in both directions, on receipt of photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
To initiate a return, contact hello@druzor.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not return any item without first receiving a return authorisation from us. Specimens are fragile; you are responsible for packing returns securely.
7. Authenticity and documentation
Every specimen is sold with the documentation described in its listing — species, locality, dimensions and weight, and a provenance card where stated. Any treatment (heating, dyeing, stabilisation or repair) is disclosed in the listing. Identifications are made in good faith against the reference literature; where an attribution is uncertain we say so plainly.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, specimen data, design, CSS, JavaScript and layout — is the property of ZOVEPAY LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish or use this content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
You may share links to this website and reproduce brief extracts of text for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZOVEPAY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the products sold, or the information provided herein. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary unavailability.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which ZOVEPAY LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA, at 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3928, Casper, WY 82601. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to resolve disputes without going to court.
